I grew up in little town of Saravia now E.B. Magalona in the island of Negros. This is a town surrounded by nearby coastal fishing villages. These memoirs of my childhood often re-appears in my watercolors. I just loved to do the bamboo makeshift bridges, these are strong bridges to withstand the unpredictable current of a high tide.

Most of my landscapes has pathways to lead an eye path. In real life pathways often directs you where to go, a sense of direction to a ones journey.
